Biography
Xavier Ruffin (born January 14, 1988) is an American creative director, filmmaker and designer. He is Creative Director at Cynosure Creative Agency and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design (MIAD). Ruffin first received national attention as the creator of Mad Black Men, an independent web series examining race and representation in the advertising industry.
