A color digital photograph capturing Francile Lovings sitting on the porch of her light blue house due to the odor of mold and mildew in her house after tropical storm Harvey. To the proper left is the front door to the house, slightly opened and with paint chipped. The house number is to the proper left of the door entrance, “5801.” A metal porch post decorated with flourishes is at the center of the photograph, with a mini American flag at the top.
