Source catalog description

This description refers to material held by Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture. Visual details below describe the original material.

A black and white etching with an abstract depiction of a white hooded figure, with a black rectangle void where the eyes and obscured face would be. The figure appears as a large, cone shape against a black background. The white surface is covered in small clusters of short, hatch marks and areas of grey shading in a linear pattern, resembling folds of cloth. The print is signed and dated in pencil in the bottom right margin: [Juan Logan 1992]. The edition [13/30] is in the bottom left.
