A digital, black-and-white image of an unidentified protester a Black Lives Matter protest in Century City, California. The image was taken by Tommy Oliver during the protests that followed the death of George Floyd. The protester is shown on the left, standing in three-quarters profile, but with their face turned towards the viewer. They are depicted from the chest up, wearing a white tank top with a small pinback button attached to the front, and a kerchief covering their nose and mouth. The white pinback button has two black handprints on the front with the text [HANDS / ·UP·] printed below. The protester is holding a white protest sign propped on their proper left shoulder with dark, handwritten text that reads [BLACK / TRANS / LIVES / MATTER]. In the background are other protesters. One blurred protester on the far right background is wearing a gas mask and baseball-style cap.
