Source catalog description

This description refers to material held by Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture. Visual details below describe the original material.

An Adobe Illustrator file of the site plan and elevations from a project titled "Black Effect" by Tobi Ashiru. The project is an artistic reimagining of the National Museum of African American History and Culture. This is a grouping of five imagined exterior views of the National Museum of African American History and Culture. On the left is a large, aerial view of the museum and grounds. On the right are four vertically stacked elevation views, one from each side of the museum. The background of the illustrator image is yellow, and the renderings are primarily gray, white, and green. Printed in the bottom left corner of the rendering is black, block text that reads [BLACK EFFECT]. At the center of the aerial view on the left is the museum itself, represented by a gray shaded white square. On either side, are elevated footpaths.
