Welding pliers from Huck's red toolbox used on the set of Scandal. The pliers have grey handles with orange textured grips on each outer edge. The metal pliers form an “X” shape with a round pivot point at the center. There is a small spring below the pivot point with a set of rounded jaws with a grooved interior. Above the “X,” the pliers narrow into thinner, flatter jaws used for gripping and bending wire. The word “CHINA” is engraved on one of the sides of the pivot point.
