This black and white photographic print depicts two horse drawn wagons on a snowy urban street. The wagons are lined up one in front of the other, both filled with cardboard boxes and wooden crates. Four figures gather around the back of the first wagon. Two men wear flat caps; one wears a heavy jacket and the other a sleeveless vest with a dark long sleeve layer under it. The middle figure wears a mid length coat and scarf wrapped around her head. The fourth figure is partially blocked by the horse. There are two dogs standing on the right side of the image. There are cars parked on the sides of the street in front of the wagons and row houses in the background. There is a Roland L. Freeman stamp on the back.
