Sepia-toned photograph on archival paper created by the photographer, Gaylord Oscar Herron. The photograph depicts a young African American girl in a white dress in front of a home. She is in mid-jump with her arms out at her side. Below the photograph is the following annotation: "1/4/11/67 - JUMPING ROPE ON GREENWOOD -1967/014". The back of the print contains the artist's signature and date ("1967").
