Inauguration du pont sur l'Oueḿe ́par le Gouverneur Geńeŕal (23 Mars 1909)." Translated original caption reads, "Western Coast of Africa - Dahomey - Railroad work constructions. The General Governor during the Inauguration of the bridge over the Oueme river (March 23, 1909).".
