Translated Accompanying text on verso reads, "Elisabethville, May 04 1952. Very dear mother, Antoine and Josée. We have just received our little package with the sweets + stockings and the small blouses. These are really nice and the little one is wearing the yellow one at this very time. She tried them all and does not want to take it off. They fit her so well and are just made for her. The stockings too are very very beautiful. You must tell us how much we owe you. A thousand thanks. In the meanwhile, big kisses to all three of you. ".
